Chip Pelley has practiced Family Law and Criminal Law in North Texas in the last three decades. He has been applauded by his clientele for his aggressiveness, creativity, and winning strategies. It is his desire to achieve each and every goal of his clientele. Chip understands the complexity of a divorce situation, divorce and/or custody battle can bring. Chip is a lifelong resident of Sherman, Grayson County, Texas. He graduated from Sherman High School as an award-winning athlete. He excelled in football and baseball. He was a Blue-Chip, All-American football player at Sherman high school. He received multiple other athletic and academic awards as a student athlete at Sherman high school. He pursued his college football career, under scholarship at the University of Tulsa where he started on the defensive line for three years.  He was a captain and received multiple other awards while at the University of Tulsa, including but not limited to, induction into the Tulsa University football Hall of Fame, as a member of the 1982 award-winning Golden Hurricane football team. He received his BA degree from Tulsa University, thereafter  Mr. Pelley graduated from Texas Wesleyan University Law School and began his practice in Texas, with offices located in Sherman, Grayson County, Texas and Plano, Collin County, Texas
